What server platform do your services run on?
Our system runs on dedicated dual processor Dell PowerEdge servers running
Windows NT and SQL 7.0.
Where are your servers located?
We utilize Dell Host for our co-locations services. Dell has proven themselves
to be an industry leader when it comes to speed, security, and reliability.
Do my pages have to be hosted on your server?
No. Your home page and product pictures can be stored on any server, anywhere in
the world.
We have concerns about the data you will be storing, what is your system
back up policy?
Data is backed up on a continual basis through hardware configuration, then
again on a daily basis, data is stored in multiple locations on and off site.
Back up generators are in place in case of sudden power outages.
